Whistleblowing

We want to do what is right. Sharp strives to maintain a transparent business climate and high business ethics. We value the safety and respect of everyone affected by our business.

Whistleblowing at Sharp

The Whistleblowing service is an early warning system to reduce risks. It is an important tool to foster high ethical standards and maintaining customer and public confidence in us.

Whistleblowing provides an opportunity to report suspicions of misconduct. A concern that is not in line with our values, ethical code and policies, and that may seriously affect our organisation or a person's life or health. You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith.

For workplace-related issues and complaints, we ask you to please contact your supervisor or manager. If the manager does not provide a satisfactory response, the employee should raise the situation with HR-director. If the employee is still concerned about a potential violation of Code of Conduct or law, the employee can then use Whistleblowing.

Your message will be securely handled
The whistleblowing service is provided by an external partner Altea AB, to ensure anonymity. All messages will be processed in confidence and you may also report a compliance concern anonymously. The reports will be distributed primarily through HR Director Nordic for handling (se policy for more info). You may also report directly to the HR Director Nordic if you wish.

Please state your concern at Whistleblowing.no@sharp.eu
When and where (country/location) it happened and details of the case.
Please state any investigative measures you think could be taken to uncover and document the incident/violation.
Voluntary to add contact details, anonymous handling possible.
